Prince George RCMP Seek Chante Leah Rene Low, 26, on Break and Enter Warrant

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. - Prince George RCMP are asking for the public’s help finding Chante Leah Rene Low, a 26-year-old woman who is wanted on one unendorsed warrant for break and enter.

Low is the person featured in this week’s Wanted Wednesday appeal from the Prince George detachment, its regular feature naming a person wanted on an outstanding warrant and asking the public for information on where that person can be found. The warrant is under Prince George RCMP file 2026-22109, and the detachment is asking anyone who knows where Low is to come forward.

What an unendorsed warrant means

An unendorsed warrant means a court has ordered Low’s arrest on the charge named in the warrant. Unlike an endorsed warrant, an unendorsed warrant does not allow police to release a person on a promise to attend court after an arrest; a person arrested on an unendorsed warrant is held to appear before a judge.

Being wanted on a warrant is not a conviction. The break and enter charge named in the warrant has not been proven in court, and Low is presumed innocent of it unless and until the court finds otherwise.

How to share information

Anyone who knows where Chante Leah Rene Low is, or who has information about her whereabouts, is asked to contact Prince George RCMP at 250-561-3300 and quote file 2026-22109.

Anyone who wishes to remain anonymous can contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS). The release points anonymous callers to that line, through Northern B.C. Crime Stoppers, as the route for sharing information without giving a name.

Anyone who sees Low should not approach her. Contact police instead, at the numbers above, or call 911 in an emergency. The appeal covers recent sightings as well as her current whereabouts: any information about where she has been seen can be directed to the same two numbers.
