Surrey’s Best Pubs: Seven Local Favourites From Cloverdale to Ocean Park

SURREY, B.C. - Surrey is a city of distinct villages, and almost every one of them keeps a local pub at its centre. The scene runs from a Cloverdale public house pouring until 2 a.m. on weekends to a South Surrey kitchen built on English pub tradition, with sports screens in Fleetwood and a heritage house in Port Kells along the way.

How this list works: every pub below was checked on its own website on October 21, 2026, and each entry is described the way the venue describes itself, with its address, a Google Maps link and what is nearby. One honest note for regulars: Surrey’s brewpub era has thinned out. Big Ridge Brewing, the Russell Brewing tasting room and the old Central City brewpub have all closed, which is why this is a pubs list, not a brewpubs list.
